BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- All cabins, powered sites and camp sites have provision for one car space
- As space is limited please inform us of extra cars/trailers and boats when booking, additional fees may be charged.
- All sites have provision for 1 car, 1 caravan and annex
- All cabins are available for occupancy after 2.00pm unless prior arrangements are made. Checkout is 10am on day of departure.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and can be paid by cash, cheque, Mastercard or Visa. Credit cards can be accepted by phone and the balance is payable on arrival.
Peak Season Bookings Must be paid in Full to confirm your booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation of Bookings made in Off Peak Season: During the Off Peak Season, deposits will only be refunded if notification is received 48 hours prior to day of arrival. If notification is received within the 48 hour period prior to your arrival the park owner may retain all of the deposit money. If you notify us of your cancellation within the above guidelines we will happily refund your deposit.
Cancellation of Booking made wholly or partially in Peak Season: Deposits will only be refunded to you if you notify the park of your cancellation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If less than 30 days notice is provided, your deposit will only be refunded if the site/cabin is rebooked.
Failure to notify of cancellation: If you do not notify the park of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10.00am on day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by the park without a refund to you.
